Micolle D. Rosenberry graduated cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio, in 2000 where she was a member of The Journal of Law and Health. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Solomon Oliver, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Rosenberry graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University in 1997 where her major was Political Science and her minor was French.

Ms. Rosenberry is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Ohio. She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, and practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, DUIs, traffic tickets and domestic violence injunctions, civil litigation, personal injury, and family law.

Prior to opening her own law firm in Jacksonville, Ms. Rosenberry was an attorney at the firm of Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham & Ford in Jacksonville which specializes in medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation. Additionally, Ms. Rosenberry practiced insurance defense law in South Florida at the firms of Mitrani, Rynor and Adamsky from 2005-2006, and Bunnell, Woulfe, Kirschbaum, Keller, McIntyre, & Gregoire from 2002-2004.

Ms. Rosenberry was also an Assistant Public Defender in both Broward and Duval Counties.  She gained over three years' experience in criminal defense litigation.  She has criminal jury trial and bench trial experience handling a wide variety of misdemeanor, DUI, and traffic cases.   In addition, Ms. Rosenberry has researched, drafted, and successfully argued numerous motions to suppress physical evidence in criminal cases.
